Receipt to CSV
Upload the receipt or invoice as a PDF or a photo and download a CSV with one row per line item, plus a one-row summary with date, merchant, tax, tip and total. It checks that the numbers add up and flags any that don't. Each document costs 10 credits ($0.10), and the file is deleted right after it is read.

Questions
- What does the CSV contain?
- Two files: one row per line item (date, merchant, invoice number, description, quantity, unit price, amount, currency), and a one-row summary with subtotal, tax, tip and total.
- Does it work with photos of paper receipts?
- Yes. Upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP photo. PDFs up to 5 pages work too.
- Can I open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets?
- Yes. The files are standard comma-separated CSV and open directly in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and most bookkeeping tools.
- How much does it cost?
- 10 credits ($0.10) per receipt or invoice. Credits start at $5 for 500, with no subscription.
- Is my receipt stored?
- No. The file is deleted as soon as it has been read; only the extracted rows are shown to you.
- What if the numbers are wrong?
- The tool adds up the line items, tax and tip and warns you when they do not match the printed total, so you can check before importing.
